Bob Vister, Vice President of the Fighting Phil faction, and current pupils
Description and notes:
At first claiming the abandoned school simply for the La Follette name, the Fighting Phils didn't know exactly what to do with it. Bob Vister, the unofficial VP of TFP, was dispatched to figure it out. He decided that in order for TFP to accomplish their goals of a regime change and toppling Crawley, they'd need a concentrated training program informing those who wish to join TFP of their goals, agenda, and means and strategies. Thus, the training facility was created. Initiation into TFP is generally not allowed unless a visit has been paid to this facility either, although it's not impossible.
As for the basement, it is filled with supplies found in the Madison area, such as food, weapons, and steel drums filled with gasoline. It is a real box of treasure down there, but it is closely guarded. A person would have to be mighty sneaky to find themselves in there.
